Sales Order Coordinator required for this technology company located just North of Cambridge.

Salary: £25-28,000pa
On site 5 days a week
Full time hours

Duties:
Being the first point of contact for customer sales order queries
Processing and entering customer orders
Monitoring delivery commitments to customers
Provide product information to customers
Load sales orders onto their ERP system
Processing despatch notes
Calculating delivery dates
Processing delivery confirmation
Working with the Purchasing and Logistics teams to resolve issues
Working with team members to maintain customer service targets
