Description
- Greeting visitors, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
- Maintaining accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for professionals.
- Maintaining business office inventory and supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level.
- Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Keeping information confidential and complying with legal regulations.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- You need to have strong experience with EMIS
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
