My client are a luxury housing developer with property developments in the South West London area. They are currently looking for a Customer Relations Executive a development in Twickenham

In the role you are expected to deliver excellent customer service to high net worth clients, you will work closely with the Sales Team also showcasing the developments within the portfolio. Although New Homes Sales or Customer Relations experience is not essential it is desirable however essential experience is that you will come from a background of delivering excellent customer service

Day to day duties:

• Working on site dealing with walk in customers
• Walking the customer through the customer journey when buying a property
• Progressing the sale from reservation through to completion
• Ensuring all legal documentation is on the system that relates to the sale
• Keeping strong communication with the buyer from the start of the process to the end
• Dealing with solicitors & legal teams
• Showcasing the property portfolio to buyers
• Dealing with oversea's investors
