Ticketing and Sales Assistant Manager

Our client is looking for a Ticketing and Sales Assistant Manager to join their team based in London. To work for a very prestigious client and help manage the ticketing and sales team, this exceptional opportunity is offering a base salary of £33,979.30.

As a full time, 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising a team of Assistants, aiming for continuous improvement, you'll balance process efficiency and financial compliance.
• Leading up selling, you'll motivate the team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• You'll also recruit, coach and train new team members and support their ongoing performance and development.
• And as part of the management team, you'll periodically act as Duty Manager to ensure our operation is running smoothly.

Requirements:

• You'll be an experienced manager with a hands-on approach in a target driven fast paced environment.
• A confident communicator, you're used to interacting with and influencing all kinds of people, and you can build effective working relationships.
• Digitally fluent, you're able to learn new systems and programmes and can use them to monitor activity and interrogate data daily.
• Strong organisational skills while maintaining a professional service.
• Experience of recruitment and training delivery as part of an operational management role would be helpful but not essential.
