Your new companyYou will be working for a leading provider of full life-cycle engineering, operations and decarbonisation solutions, for transport infrastructure and complex facilities.Your new roleDealing with subcontractors and suppliersDiary Management for IT support engineersLogging jobsThe allocation of planned maintenance tasks to engineers with the contractual schedulesTo implement good processes regarding storage of informationTo coordinate subcontracted works and ensure the works are correctly allocated to the best supplierTo liaise with suppliers, instructing work and carting as a first point of responseWhat you'll need to succeedWindows 10 experience - hands onContract support, Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge Administration/scheduling/work planning experienceWhat you'll get in returnIn return, you'll be working on a 2-month temporary contract, with the possibility for extension, gaining experience within a large, well-established organisation. You will be based in Speke, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday), working from 8am-4pm. You will be paid between £15-£16 per hour.
