Location: Altrincham, Cheshire, Manchester Borders, Northwest. Hybrid.

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 Basic (DOE, minimum 1 year+ phone sales experience) OTE: £50,000+

About the Role:
Applause IT is recruiting for an exciting Health Technology platform start-up based in Altrincham. This fast-growing, well-funded company is looking to hire 15 Sales Account Managers to join their dynamic team.

If you have at least 1 year of outbound phone-based sales experience and a proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, this is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a business with significant growth potential.

Ideal Candidates:
We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious sales professionals from backgrounds such as Health Technology, Software Sales, IT Sales, or Recruitment Sales. Candidates should have:

Strong communication skills: articulate, professional, and confident on the phone.
Solid experience using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
A knack for objection handling and closing sales effectively.
Excellent written English skills for crafting compelling communications.
The ability to explain features and benefits clearly, while tailoring the pitch to different audiences.Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients to generate leads.
Outbound Sales Campaigns: Drive interest in the platform through targeted calls and emails.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging and tailored online demos via Teams/Zoom.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and data in the CRM.
Client Onboarding & Account Management: Support new clients through the on boarding process and manage ongoing relationships.
