Currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Engineer based in Middleton, Manchester. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling customer complaints, using automotive quality analysis techniques (8D, Root Cause, CAPA) and improving an established ISO9001 accredited quality management system. Senior Quality Engineer - Role & Responsibilities - Quality Engineer / Supplier Quality / QMS / Quality / 8D

*Providing development support to suppliers when required
*Handle customer complaints and investigate using root cause analysis and CAPA
*Maintenance and development of the corrective action systems (NCR and Audit)
*Day to day involvement with ISO9001 accredited quality management system

Senior Quality Engineer - Skills & Experience - Quality Engineer / Supplier Quality / QMS / Quality / 8D

*Minimum of ONC/OND with over 5 years industry experience in a quality engineering role
*Experienced with audits, lead auditor training would be beneficial
*Knowledge of ISO9001 required. Knowledge of ISO14001 / ISO18001 advantageous
*Practical experience of co-ordinating and initiating improvement activities with 8D / root cause analysis
