Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a new opportunity with an Aard Winning Manufacturer of Conveyor Belts for the Food Industry based in Kingswinford near Dudley?If yes, we want to hear from you!Annual Salary: £36,000 to £42,000 (DOE)Weekly Hours: 8.30am to 4pm - Mon to FriKey Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on all operational equipment and facilities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using our maintenance program.
• Troubleshoot and repair operational equipment on a daily basis.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to significant breakdowns and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
• Train personnel in the correct and safe operation of various machines.
• Prioritize tasks to maintain assembly buffers effectively.

Who you are:

• Minimum City & Guilds level 3 mechanical/electrical engineering (preferably apprentice trained)
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate a customer-oriented personality and approach.
• Have experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and potential hazards are identified.
• Have a basic understanding of electrical, pneumatics, and other systems.
• Show willingness and flexibility to work overtime.
