We are seeking a passionate Music Teacher to work at a school in Welwyn, Hertfordshire. This role involves teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 music, preparing students for GCSEs, and potentially supporting extracurricular music activities. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring educator with a strong commitment to helping students develop their musical talents and confidence. This will be an immediate start until Easter

Key Responsibilities for a Music Teacher:

* Plan and deliver high-quality music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

* Prepare students for GCSE Music assessments and examinations.

* Encourage student participation in extracurricular music activities, including concerts, performances, and clubs.

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the music curriculum and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Music.

* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the school's ethos and culture.

* An Enhanced Childworkforce only DBS (or willing to obtain one)
