Quantity Surveyor Role:
This contractor is looking to appoint a quantity surveyor to head up the commercial function on a mixture of projects worth up to £10million, in the West Midlands.
Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
Manage site costs and budgets
Monthly reporting
Provide accurate cost estimates when required
Manage project lifecycle

Experience:
5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying on commercial and residential groundworks
Developer, subcontractor or main contractor background
Degree qualified or equivalent
Used to manging relationships, subcontractor and reporting cost controls
