Talentedge are currently partnering with an ambitious, growing SaaS scaleip on the hiring of a new Financial Controller. As the company continues to go from strength-to strength in 2023 with continued aggressive growth, the company are looking to add a financial controller to expand and grow the team to take control of the finance function and be a key partner to the organisation.

This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious, individual to take control of the finance function within a growing organisation in a rapid part of their growth.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day finance operation, with supervision of team
• Implement strong internal processes and controls, continue to roll out new scalable processes and continue to implement, automate and improve the finance function
• Management of Month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting
• SaaS and commercial based metric reporting
• Design, roll out and build scalable processes, using technology as much as possible to automate
• Monthly and year and consolidations 
• Additional AdHoc projects

Requirements:

• Fully Qualified ACA. Audit experience essential. 
• Experience working in a high growth tech organisation (SaaS preferred)
• Determined to take control of a finance function in a growing organisation
• Great interpersonal skills, wants to support the business in a hands-on approach to manage sound financial controls and make big decisions
• Strong system exposure and experience (Netsuite preferred)
• International/multi-entity exposure
• Staff Management experience
