An exciting Social Worker role has recently become available for our client based in Thurrock, Essex. They are looking for a new member for their Hospital Team.

Main duties:

  • The positions are required to facilitate hospital discharge and implementation of new operating model that brings discharge functions into the community SW teams. There is also a need to work with colleagues and partners in a range of organisations to develop the appropriate service and support to meet the needs and outcomes of vulnerable residents. As well as ensure safeguarding procedures are adhered to and implemented accordingly.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
