Prestigious Global law firm client is seeking to hire a Reward Specialist on a Permanent basis. The Reward Specialist will report into the Head of Compensation & Benefits and work alongside the Benefits Specialist.
- Up to £45,000 experience dependent
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
- 9:30am – 5:30pm
Reward Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Collation and submission of data for our London and international offices into external salary surveys.
- Conduct analysis and benchmarking of salary survey data
- With the Head of Compensation & Benefits, project manage the annual global remuneration review process.
- Administer our UK regulatory reporting.
- Work with the Benefits team to ensure that our reward strategies are appropriate.
- Assist Head of Compensation & Benefits and CPO to prepare budgets.
Reward Specialist Key Skills & Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience withing a benefits or rewards role within a law firm.
- Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson survey methodology would be an advantage.
- Experience in utilising compensation systems and incentive schemes.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Project and people management skills.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
