About the Company

Our client, a leading highways contractor, specialises in cyclical, reactive, and planned maintenance works under NEC 4 Option C contracts. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

Role Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor / Target Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for:

* Preparing target cost estimates for highways projects.

* Managing quotes from estimate to order.

* Supporting procurement and cost management for operations.

* Administering NEC 4 contracts and ensuring cost control.

* Submitting applications for payment and working closely with the operational team.

Requirements

* Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with NEC 4 Option C.

* Skills: Strong in cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration.

* Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management, RICS or ICES membership preferred.

* Hands-On Approach: A proactive and practical team player.
