GSL Education's Chelmsford branch is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join one of our client schools in Harlow as an Early Career Teacher (ECT). This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to start their teaching career in a supportive and vibrant environment, or an experienced KS1 teacher ready for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities for ECT Primary Teacher (KS1 Teacher):

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
Assess and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement exciting and innovative lessons.
Engage with parents and carers to support students' development and well-being.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in school events and activities.
Qualifications and Experience for ECT Primary Teacher (KS1 Teacher):

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve QTS.
Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching young learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
A valid DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
