Teach Now, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a vibrant primary school in Harrow. This part-time, temporary role offers a competitive daily rate of £85-£100 and the chance to work in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The Role:As a Key Stage 1 TA, you will:

• Provide tailored booster and intervention sessions to help students achieve their learning goals.

• Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 and small group basis.

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to encourage student confidence and growth.

• Monitor and track student progress, reporting back to teachers and parents as needed.
