They are looking for an experienced Team Leader to provide hands-on support, mentorship, and leadership to care staff across Bristol.

This provider is passionate about personalised care, ensuring that each service user receives tailored support that promotes independence and well-being. They offer specialist training in dementia care, palliative care, and reablement services, ensuring the highest standards of home care.

As Team Leader, you will:
✔ Support and mentor care staff, ensuring they deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.
✔ Monitor care quality and compliance, ensuring the service remains fully CQC-compliant.
✔ Handle on-call responsibilities, providing support to care teams when required.
✔ Engage with families and professionals, ensuring a collaborative approach to care planning.
