A family run facilities maintenance provider are looking for an Assistant Compliance manager to join their team. As a member of this award-winning team you will be responsible for providing office and field based support to the compliance manager, maintenance managers, engineers and sub-contractors.
Position: Assistant Compliance Manager
Location: Wigan
Package: £32,000 - £36,000
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Role and Responsibilities:
* Running weekly reports across all areas of compliance to ensure work is completed to the agreed time scale
* Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and the client regarding priority works and ensure everything is completed to the timescale
* Manage subcontractor instructions, RAMS and updates
* Complete a wide range of audits per month
* Monthly scheduling of the CPPM/PPM for inhouse
* Co-ordinate subcontractors to ensure there is a full delivery of workload
* Assist the compliance manager with contracts and tenders by creating approved specialist subcontractor lists
* Be the first in line for any escalating issues
* Review and query weekly engineer productivity reports
Experience:
* Able to prioritise workloads
* Able to process and apply technical information
* Ability to input information and updates onto databases
* Able to step in as the compliance manager when they are absent
* Work well under pressure
