For the successful Maintenance Electrician our client is offering:

Up to £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm
Permanent Role
Company van and tools 
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
£120 stand by allowance
Pension
The role - Maintenance Electrician:

Mobile role working in offices, leisure centres, and student accommodations
Test, service and repair a wide variety of equipment
PPM and reactive maintenance
Electrical maintenance on emergency lighting, fire alarms, control systems
Mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems and plant rooms
General maintenance such as basic joinery and plumbing work 
What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Electrician:

Previous experience in a mechanical/ electrical maintenance
Previous experience in FM or building management services
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering - Essential
Drivers License - Essential
Previous experience with mechanical/ HVAC maintenance - Essential
