Would your like to join orur client who are an award winning Estate Agency with offices based around the South East of London and have been established for 32 years’?

You wil need:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Property Management.

Strong knowledge of tenancy law, dispute management, and all current legislation.

Experience dealing with rent arrears, renewals tenants deposits, and property maintenance issues.

Desirable:

Management experience

Knowledge of CFP (or similar property management software), a distinct advantage.
