We are seeking to appoint a compassionate, proactive, and organised nurse to join our friendly school nursing team. The nursing team provides high-quality care to pupils, and contributes to the medical and first aid provision across the School community.

This vacancy is available on a full-time. term-time only basis commencing November 2024.

Main duties of the job

As part of the role, we have the opportunity to administer first aid, and work to support pupils with various medical conditions at school. We work with parents, carers, and specialist health professionals, teachers, and the Individual Needs department to develop in school care plans.

We looking for a nurse with a professional nursing qualification and at least five years of post-registration experience. Experience in providing medical services in an educational setting would be desirable. We seek someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can understand the needs and perspectives of others.
