Duties of the FP&A Manager Role:-

• Working closely with the senior finance leadership team globally you will be responsible for detailed budgeting and forecasting
• Manage and develop the FP&A Team
• Report to the Commercial Teams across the group supporting them in making informed decisions
• Analysing costs, revenue, and budgets across all departments
• Lead monthly financial close
• Data consolidation, financial modeling, and variance analysis

Requirements of the FP&A Manager Role:-

• ACA qualified ideally
• Strong background in Group Finance
• Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
