The Role - Learning Support Assistant

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students aged 5 -16 in developing vital life skills, with the aim of aiding their progress into further education. The role requires managing challenging behaviour, so prior experience in behaviour management is essential. While experience in a SEMH environment or similar setting is preferable, a background in tutoring or mentoring is also valued, to help guide student through their GCSE's.
