Description

The Site Manager will report directly to Group Operations Manager and will:

Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Effectively manage and develop a team of c.100
Deliver site KPI's and deliver reports at group level
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and stakeholders
Monitor and deliver site budgets and expenditures
Manage and deliver Capex projects
Maintain and drive high standards across siteProfile

The successful Site Manager will posses a range of the following:

Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry (food/beverage advantageous)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
Proficiency in project management and budgeting
Great problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
High level communicator
