Are you a passionate Paediatric Nurse looking to make a real difference? We are looking for a dedicated Paediatric Nurse to join a wonderful team within a state-of-the-art Hospice in Barnet. This role comes with a salary up to £41,360, a £5,000 welcome bonus and other excellent benefits!

This role is working within a children's hospice in North London, offering specialist care and support for babies, children, and young people with serious health conditions. The facility provides a safe and nurturing environment where children can play, explore, and build confidence. Rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission, the charity has seen significant growth and is committed to continuing its success with high-quality staff.

As a Paediatric Nurse, you will:

Provide high-quality, effective patient care either on site or in the community
Plan and review care with parents, children, and young people to ensure safety
Ensure fun, sensitivity, compassion, and confidentiality in all care provided
Administer medications according to policies and procedures.
Maintain nutritional status and clinical skills necessary for holistic care

Annual salary up to £41,360 DOE
£5,000 joining bonus over three years (£500 on appointment)

The ideal Paediatric Nurse will have:

RSCN registration with the NMC
Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level or above
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Experience in palliative care or nursing children with life-limiting conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
