Qualifications - Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years
- Demonstrated experience in a senior role within an early years setting, with a proven track record of strong leadership and management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures within the early years sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a firm commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Solid understanding of child development and early education principles.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to provide strong leadership and management for the nursery team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education for children.
- Assist in overseeing the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and maintain strict compliance with regulations and standards.
