Bennett and Game are currently working with a global freight forwarder who are actively looking to grow their UK stronghold through the hire of an established Business Development Manager.

Our client is a 100 + site strong global player within the freight market meaning you will have a strong operational support team as well as an outstanding brand image and reputation to back up your sales techniques with fantastic worldwide offices to support the freight process from start to finish.

• With the UK site based in the Midlands the ideal candidate will have access to the office 1 day a week however a full remote role is a possible option for the right individual.
• Your role will be to develop new business leads and sell services of UK to International freight with a core focus in Deep-sea markets (knowledge of Turkish markets is advantageous).
• You will also maintain relationships with established accounts and look to maximise their spend through dedicated account management and high-end customer service.

• Proven knowledge selling Deep-Sea freight
• Understanding of US & Turkish freight markets (desirable)
• Ocean & Road freight sales experience
• Understanding of groupage is an advantageous

• £50-60k base salary
• Uncapped commission structure
• Company car OR allowance - candidate preference
