Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring budgets and time lines are met.
• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and financial reports.

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of contract management and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
