Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM | Location: Camden, London

Tradewind are working with a fantastic primary school in Camden that is searching for a Nursery Assistant to join their Early Years team. If you're CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, love working with young children, and want to be part of a creative, supportive environment, this could be a perfect fit.

Who this role is for:

You've worked in a UK primary school before and know what it takes to thrive in a Nursery or Reception class.
You believe in early years done right - playful, hands-on learning that sparks curiosity.
You know the EYFS framework, but you're not about ticking boxes - you want to bring it to life.
You're First Aid trained and confident in caring for young children, whatever the day brings.What your day will look like:

Helping children explore, learn, and grow.
Working side by side with teachers and other staff to plan and deliver activities that really engage young learners.
Spotting those magical learning moments - and knowing when to step in and when to step back.
Supporting personal care routines with patience and kindness.
Helping to create a space where children feel safe, happy, and ready to learn.What makes this role different?
