We are partenered with a UK based managed services company who are currently supporting an end client in Deeside. Together, we are recruiting for a 2nd / 3rd line Support Engineer on a contract basis to provide support to users on site.

General duties include:

• Floorwalking

• Troubleshooting user devices

• Troubleshooting complex MS application issues

• Perfoming active directory

To qualify:

• Highly experienced in managing and troubleshooting MS applications

• Highly experienced with active directory

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to commute to Deeside 5 days a week
