Rate: £35 per hour

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adult Social Worker to join our team in Bradford.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting care act assessments
• Developing support plans
• Working with adults across all areas of adult social work

Requirements:

• Significant experience in completing care act assessments and support planning
• Experience across all areas of adult social work
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Valid Social Work England registration
