This role will involve checking Health and Safety (HHSRS) is being adhered to on the social housing properties that they surveyors have surveyed. HHSRS is an important aspect of a Stock Condition Surveys, therefore, we would be looking for someone who is thorough and diligent to ensure that any obvious errors are spotted and corrected on the asset management software provided.
