Shift Pattern: Panama (days and nights rotating, 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am)

The Role:
You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimising manufacturing equipment to keep production running smoothly. Whether it's troubleshooting a sudden issue or planning ahead to prevent breakdowns, you'll be a key player in ensuring maximum efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspecting, fixing, and fine-tuning equipment to ensure peak performance.
Working closely with the production team to keep things moving seamlessly.
Identifying and implementing ways to improve processes - because there's always room to be better.
Staying ahead of compliance, from Health & Safety regulations to food safety standards.
Supporting sustainability goals by reducing waste and improving energy efficiency.
What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering - you've got the credentials to back up your skills.
Previous experience in food manufacturing or consumer goods - you know your way around a fast-moving production line.
A solid understanding of HACCP, PUWER, and similar standards.
Hands-on experience with AC/DC drives and interpreting schematic diagrams.
A can-do attitude, with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure.
