Our client, a prominent company in the Building Control sector, is looking for a Registered Building Inspector - London Class 3 to join their team. This permanent role will focus primarily on commercial schemes, with some high-rise residential projects. The successful applicant will have the flexibility to work from home full time, attending site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting inspections and surveys of building projects to ensure compliance with regulations
Providing detailed reports on the findings of inspections and surveys
Advising on compliance with building standards and regulations for both commercial and residential projects
Liaising with developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide technical support and guidance
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation of all inspections and related activities
Attending site visits as needed to assess ongoing construction works
Collaborating with the Building Control team to maintain high standards of service

Job Requirements:

Registered Building Inspector with Class 3 qualification
Experience in Building Control, especially in commercial and residential projects
In-depth knowledge of building regulations and compliance requirements
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
