This Legal Cashier, permanent position, is a great opportunity for an experienced Legal Cashier looking for their next step. This role specialise in both office and client accounts, handling day to day transactions and supporting the wider finance team.

Client Details

My client are a well established, small-to-medium Law Firm, with head offices based in West End London. Their finance team of 8 have incredibly strong retention and are eager for a new joiner to stay with them for the long-run.

Description

Responsibilities include:

* Handling incoming and outgoing client-account transactions

* Posting client to client and client to office transfers

* Performing payment runs

* Reconciling bank statements

* Posting write offs and disbursements

* Recording and posting cheques received onto excel

* Processing staff expenses

* Posting and paying counsel's fee notes

* Ad hoc duties including processing of bills where support is needed

Profile

Successful candidate:

• Previous client account, legal cashiering experience with a Law Firm
• Experience using P4W (a.k.a partner for windows or Tikit) is highly desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills

Job Offer

• £40,000 - £48,000 salary
• Permanent Contract
