Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Our growing distribution client based in Tewkesbury is looking for a Finance Administratorto join their friendly team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with finance duties and supporting the wider office with administration tasks such as answering calls and assisting with customers enquiries.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar position, have good communication skills and able to multitask in a busy environment whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities;
-Invoice creation and processing
-Raising purchase orders
-Check supplier statements and investigate any differences
-Resolve account queries
-Enter payments on to accounting software
-Update customer records accurately ensuring information held is relevant
-Weekly and month end reconciliation duties
Hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary - up to £30,000 depending on experience.
