Electrical Resident Engineer

Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-call: 1 in every 2 weeks
Basic Salary: £40k - £45k
We're hiring an experienced Electrical Resident Engineer to join our dedicated engineering team on-site. If you're passionate about electrical systems and take pride in ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant facilities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing:

Performing scheduled electrical PPM tasks, inspections, and testing.
Reacting promptly to electrical faults and breakdowns.
Maintaining and supporting landlord services and systems across the building.
Working closely with facilities and engineering teams.
Taking part in a 1-in-2-week on-call rota to support critical operations.
What you'll need:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
Strong background in building services and electrical systems
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
