Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Band 6)Location: POWCH or PershoreContract: Full-time Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services with a focus on stroke rehabilitation.
• Work within the community to support patients in their recovery and rehabilitation journey.
• Implement cognitive rehabilitation strategies tailored to individual patient needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certification: Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Experience: Previous experience in stroke rehabilitation and community-based occupational therapy is essential.
• Knowledge of cognitive rehabilitation techniques is highly desirable.
