Working Hours: 37.5 hrs worked per week, core hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (flexibility required according to business demands)

As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring all vehicles and trailers comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
Collaborating with the senior leadership team to improve customer service
Monitoring and analysing data to identify areas for improvement
Managing vehicle scheduling for maintenance, repairs, and replacement
Reporting any accidents or incidents
Maintaining FOR's accreditation and Earned RecognitionEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Holder of Transport Manager CPC
Knowledge of the working time directive and driver hours
Excellent IT skills
Experience in fleet complianceDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Additional certifications related to fleet management
Experience in the distribution industryTechnologies:
