Salary: £45000 - £50000/annum
About you.
Ideally you will have 3yrs PQE experience of dealing with the following areas of Employment law -
* Contested Employment matters including:
* Unfair Dismissal
* Discrimination claims
* Working Time claims
* Contractual Disputes and Restrictive Covenants
* Non-contested employment matters including:
* Drafting employment documentation such as contracts of employment, staff handbooks, policies and procedures.
* Advising on the employment aspects of commercial transactions, including TUPE and the provision of associated HR support.
* Advising upon and drafting settlement agreements for both employers and employees.
* Negotiating exit packages for departing employees.
* Offering support to HR teams of established commercial clients on matters such as:
* Grievances and Disciplinaries
* Flexible Working requests
* Redundancies and restructures
* Director/Senior manager exits
