Contract: Temp to Perm

Rate : £20 per hour

Location: South London

Working Hours per Week: 42.5 hours

Start Date: ASAP

My client is currently looking for Multi-Traders to work in social housing properties. We are looking to recruit a number of Multi-Traders on their behalf to interview and start immediately.

Day to day work will consist of going into occupied social housing properties and will be general reactive maintenance and repairs being sent by a PDA. Being able to work alone or as a part of a team is essential as well. You will be supplied with a company van as well as a fuel card.

The ideal Multi-Trader will have the following:

Full UK Driver's License

Social Housing Experience

NVQ Level 2 within a relevant trade
