Senior Quantity Surveyor - Bromley, Kent

This main contractor has seen substantial growth in very difficult times and they are busy recruiting in a variety of positions including a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a new residential development in Bromley, Kent.
This is one of three newly won new build residential projects of which they need commercial staff at Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Quantity Surveyor level of experience.
The project for this role is an £18m new build residential development consisting of apartments.
You will be based on site with some flexibility to work from home. You will have been the Quantity Surveyor on residential projects from tender stage to completion and be able to show stable long-term employment.
It is essential to be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship of visa. For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you must have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification.
