Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a medical device company that is growing its team. Your role will involve overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects across the organisation, from new product development to operations and continuous improvement, as we strengthen our commercial presence. Your leadership, strategic guidance, and hands-on support will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SME guidance to external and internal stakeholders
• Manage and develop project schedule and plan of works
• Monitor, report and prepare project budgets
• Conflict resolution, problem solving and provide guidance
• Manage relationships with external and internal customers
• Monitor performance and suggest improvement
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Degree qualification, ideally within Scientific, Business or Engineering
• 6+ years as Project Manager or Senior Manager
• Knowledge of ISO13485
• Experience coordinating personnel and material resources
• Experience dealing with stakeholders
• Knowledge of Project Management software
• History of problem solving within technical environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
