Pin Point are working with one of the UK's largest business supplies and services companies, they are looking for an enthusiastic individual to drive the growth of their organisation by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. They partner with a wide range of organisations, offering facilities & PPE, technology, furniture, printed goods, managed print services, office stationery, and more. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a B2B Telesales Executive to help expand their reach.

B2B Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media platforms to build long-term customer relationships.

* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients by anticipating their needs, suggesting solutions, and driving organic growth.

* Engage with clients regularly (minimum monthly) to ensure a continuous stream of new acquisitions and high retention rates within your customer portfolio.

* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and live chat, gathering relevant information and proposing appropriate solutions.

* Collaborate with internal teams (customer services, marketing, and product specialists) to deliver comprehensive support and gather valuable feedback.

* Become an expert in their product range, providing accurate information and resolving client concerns.

* Negotiate pricing and work with clients to close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and maximising profitability.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system with business growth opportunities.

B2B Telesales Executive Requirements:

* Professional and confident communication skills.

* Minimum of 1 year's experience in the same sales or a customer service role.

* Motivated, organised, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.

* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.

* Ability to learn about products and discuss them confidently with customers.

* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

* Competency in using Microsoft Office.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:

* Experience in the business supplies and services industry.

* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

* Experience with customer record management systems (CRM).
