The Role:As an HLTA, you will:

• Lead small group sessions and deliver lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in the teacher's absence.

• Plan and deliver engaging activities to support the learning and development of all pupils

.• Provide targeted intervention sessions to ensure students achieve their full potential.

• Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and productive learning environment

.• Act as a mentor and role model for students, encouraging confidence and independence.
