**Salary:** £12.38 per hour + £40 weekly attendance bonus (equivalent to £13.08 per hour)

**About the Role:**
Our client is seeking a skilled Production MIG Welder to join their team in Kettering. The ideal candidate will have experience using jigs, with forklift operation being an advantage. This position offers an immediate start with the potential for a temp-to-perm transition, ensuring that you are the right fit for their team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform MIG welding tasks using jigs.
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.
- Operate forklifts (if licensed) to assist in production processes.
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

**Skills and Experience:**
- Previous experience as a MIG welder is essential.
- Familiarity with using jigs in production settings.
- Forklift license and experience are advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**What Our Client Offers:**
