They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Aerospace Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Utilise and calibrate various inspection and measuring equipment, such as verniers, micrometres, calipers, and CMM equipment, to ensure accurate measurements of parts and components.
Communicate any defects found to production and engineering colleagues, both verbally and in writing, utilising reporting and record-keeping procedures.
Share technical knowledge and understanding to assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Participate in audits performed by external parties and internal audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and documents to ensure adherence to specifications.
Ensure conformance of components and parts by meticulously conducting inspections and completing accurate documentation.
Compile First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) to ensure compliance with customer requirements.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Attention to detail and dexterity in handling precision equipment.
Qualification in an engineering discipline.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Familiarity with AS9100 and first-off inspection procedures.
Proficient in decision-making and problem-solving.Technologies:
