Our client is a well established business based in Bromley who is seeking an experienced HR advisor to join their team on a 3-6 month contract!
Description
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Supporting the management team in performance management processes
- Reducing short term sickness absence and handling the processes within that
- Writing policies
- Change management
- Benefit reviews
- Ensuring regulatory compliance pertaining to HR
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
- Conducting regular meetings with respective business units
- Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD qualified
- Private sector experience
- Previous experience within a senior HR position.
- Available for immediate start.
- Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Strong decision-making skills
- Proficient in employment law and HR best practices
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
