They are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their growing team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our projects. You will work on a wide range of project types, from cutting-edge office spaces, world class universities and high end homes. This is an opportunity to lead a team of designers, develop outstanding design concepts, and deliver high-quality interiors that push the boundary of our industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop innovative and unique design concepts that align with project goals. - Create detailed design plans, including layouts, materials, and colour schemes.

- Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion.

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts.

- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard and within budget and timelines.

- Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and materials selections.

- Contribute to our research on innovative and sustainable materials.

- Carry out the technical development of the project, and lead and manage the design team and its delivery of design information on time and within budget, as appropriate

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and brief.

- Lead a team of designers, providing mentorship and guidance.
