A leading Professional Services organisation is seeking an IT Project Manager with previous Developer experience on a contract basis.
You will be required to work onsite in Belfast 3 days a week (with relocation allowance at discretion)

Key Skills & Experience
* Hands on development experience in any programming languages including Java or C# (minimum 1 year) on enterprise application software
* Project Management experience
What you will do:
* Lead and oversee the strategic direction, development and implementation of IT policy and standard requirements
* Implement IT governance model, create Project plans, track and report. Ownership of systems and applications including lifecycle management
* Partner with IT Risk and Control teams to assess gaps and identify remediation plans
* Strong understanding of Enterprise Wide IT Risk Management framework and Risk and Control processes
* Track record of delivering and managing large Projects across multiple businesses and geographies
* Strategic thinker with proven ability to lead global teams in a large organisation
* Demonstrated experience in delivering change in a collaborative, agile team environment as well as more standard frameworks
* Ability to monitor tight deadlines, or unexpected requirement changes
* Support the Operations line team with their test preparation and execution
* Leads the identification and drives resolution of issues, including those outside of the immediate workstream within their remit
* Drives adherence to Project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for Project delivery as defined by IT Leadership
